CCA Conglomerate Model
Community Collective Australia is a network of sales teams operating across multiple locations under one shared structure. CCA provides the training, systems, and support, while individual teams and leaders run day-to-day operations locally. This allows us to maintain high standards, grow nationally, and support multiple campaigns — all while staying connected as one community.

Progression Structure
There are no time-based promotions or subjective decisions. Advancement is earned through consistent performance, leadership development, and the ability to train and support others.

On-Target Earnings
Successful Executive Managers can expect on-target earnings of approximately $250k. Team Leaders operating at this level average $150k.

including mentoring leaders, shaping teams, and contributing to long-term business growth.
