Team Size
10+
Must operate a minimum team of 10 people, not including yourself.
Direct Trainees
3
A minimum of 3 direct trainees who have been trained by you from entry level and
progressed to Senior Sales Agent or above.
Leadership Within Team
1
Must have an active Team Leader operating within your team structure.
Executive Manager Run (KPI)
3,500
Complete an Executive Manager Run by achieving a minimum of 3,500
points for four consecutive weeks.
On-Target Earnings
Successful Executive Managers can expect on-target earnings of approximately
$250k. Team Leaders operating at this level average $150k.
Leadership Opportunity
Progression into Executive Management expands leadership responsibility,
including mentoring leaders, shaping teams, and contributing to long-term business growth.
